SEOUL (Kyodo) Tokyo and Seoul are making arrangements for former North Korean agent Kim Hyon Hui to visit Japan this month, officials from both countries said Thursday.
The 48-year-old Kim, who lives in South Korea, is to meet with the parents of Megumi Yokota, who was abducted to North Korea in 1977, and offer them details about when she met their daughter.
