NEW YORK (Kyodo) Toyota Motor Corp. announced Friday it will recall the 2010 model of its luxury hybrid Lexus HS 250h sold in the United States over concerns that it may cause a fuel spill in a collision.
The automaker said it is working to identify a remedy and will notify owners as soon as one is developed. The recall affects 17,000 units and dealers will not deliver any new vehicles in their inventory until fixed, the automaker said.
